* PC > Config > Fast Ethernet 0
* Set IP and then set Subnet mask

#### How do you set the gateway address on a workstation in Packet Tracer? 

To set the gateway address follow the above instructions.

#### How do you set the IP and subnet mask on different interfaces of a multilayer switch? 

Click the switch > config > for each interface enter the ip address of the machine that utilizes each interface. 

#### How do you enter simulation mode in Packet Tracer? 

Click simulation mode on the bottom. > Click show all/none. > Filter for ICMP. > Hit the play button and watch the packets in motion.

#### How do you set which types of packets you want to see in Simulation Mode?

Use the edit filter buttons to edit what types of packets you want to see.
