# Intro to Packet Tracer

#### How do you deploy workstations and switches in Packet Tracer?

You drag workstations out of the toolbox under the endpoint tab. For the switches you do the same from the switch folder.

#### How do you connect these devices with cables?

You select copper straight through and connect each device to the switches using the ethernet port.

#### How do you access the command-line terminal on a Packet Tracer PC?

You click on the machine, go to desktop, then click command prompt.
